Services

At Gladwin Secretarial Services we offer a wide range of services including those listed below, and are able to suit most clients. If there is a product or service not listed, please feel free to contact us.

We will not take work we cannot do, however, we have a large range of contacts so will generally be able to find someone who can help.

Transcription service:

From individual letters to reports. Tapes (mini and micro cassettes) via the post or Digital (DSS or Wav) via email will be transcribed as soon as possible. Transcribed documents will be emailed back to you or if you prefer printed out and then posted.

Document binding:

Having created the documents we are able to bind them using either combs or wire with a variety of covers. If you have a corporate identity then we will help you maintain that by standardisation of product from this office.

Sourcing of products:

With a wide range of contacts we can source most products for you, whether it be a personally named bottle of wine for a corporate gift to a better stationery supplier.

Travel Arrangements:

Just a phone call will get you to where you are going. We have connections with several travel agents and will find you the optimum journey.

Account Chasing:

If you are a one-man-band it is difficult to be both friend (salesman) and foe (Accounts' department). By using Gladwin Secretarial Services we can help your company look bigger and help maintain your rapport with your clients.
