About us

Gladwin Secretarial Services was started 2 years ago when it was felt there was a gap in the market for SME that require a secretarial back-up without the hassle factor of employing someone full or part time.

With an HND in Hotel and Catering Administration and 3 years experience in a hotel in London, followed by time in Real Estate Management in the Middle East, Cathy has also worked for several years as secretary to the Commercial Claims Director of a major loss adjusting company gaining part of the Claims Technician qualifications.

Because of her breadth of experience Cathy is able to offer her Clients a range of services with the confidence to know what can and cannot be done.
